Terms and Conditions
All projects are allotted a 30 minute basic design time.
Each project will be evaluated on an individual basis and will be up to the design team at ZapThis Laser Creations. All fees will be presented prior to production.
If your project requires professional graphic designing, we will be happy to quote you.
Print-ready files are always best and welcomed. Files accepted include Illustrator, Photoshop, SVG, EPS, PNG, JPEG. Others are also welcomed but may require some manipulation.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We welcome wholesale customers. If you would like us to provide either our engraving or cutting services for sale to our customers, please contact us for pricing.
PAYMENT POLICY
Our creations are customized to your specifications. As such we require that the personalized gifts be paid in full prior to production.
At this time, we only accept e-transfers or cash.
SHIPPING
All shipping is extra.
We do offer local shipping at a reasonable price. Please contact us for a quote.
International shipping is available. Please contact us for a quote.
Pick up is always free of charge.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our business and the personalized gifts / projects, all sales are final and we do not offer any returns or store credits.
All projects include a Approval Process which allows you to proof your project prior to production.
